Connect ChatGPT, Claude or Muse to Plot

A few quick steps to get started.

    Turn on developer mode

    In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings, then Apps, then Advanced settings, and switch on developer mode. On a Business plan, a workspace admin or owner does this.

    Create a Plot app

    In Settings, go to Apps and choose Create. Name it Plot, paste this address as the MCP server URL, and choose OAuth for authentication.

    Sign in, then create

    Select Scan Tools. ChatGPT sends you to Plot to sign in and approve access. Once the tools appear, select Create.

    Use it in a chat

    In a new chat, pick Plot from the tools menu or mention it by name, then ask it to save your trip.

Custom MCP apps in ChatGPT are a beta for Business, Enterprise and Edu plans, on the web. If your plan does not include them, Plot works with Claude and Muse too.

All of them. Plot supports every assistant through its MCP server.
No. Any Plot account can connect, free or Pro.
Everything it saves is an ordinary booking in your trip, so you can edit or delete it in the app like anything else. Plot checks what comes in before filing it, so an address that does not exist or a date that does not make sense is rejected rather than saved. Sending the same confirmation code twice updates the booking instead of creating a duplicate.
Yes, in Settings under Connected apps. Disconnecting takes effect immediately and the assistant loses access at once. Anything it already saved stays in your trips, because it is yours.
On the iPhone app, yes. Your trips and bookings open in airplane mode, from a cold start, without a sign-in prompt, because the app keeps its own copy on the device rather than fetching it. On Pro, the documents you attach are saved for offline too. Anything genuinely live, like flight status, needs a connection, so offline you see the last thing Plot knew.
Yes. Share a trip with a view link or an edit link, and anyone you send it to can read the whole itinerary before they sign up for anything. People on an edit link can add and change bookings, which is what you want when three different people booked three different things. Confirmation codes, prices and passenger details stay private to whoever added that booking, including from a connected assistant. Alerts currently go to whoever added the booking rather than to everyone on the trip.
